Poppy's Pet Remedies was founded by myself, Julie Cook.  I am a qualified animal specialist and licensed dog breeder.  I own eight Labradors, two cats and 8 chickens.  As part of caring for my animals, I have made many visits to veterinarians for various reasons.  I have seen people sitting in the waiting rooms with their poorly pets with ailments and injuries that could easily and effectively be treated at their homes.  I have also been asked by several of my new puppy owners for the products that i use on my own animals.  As a result of this, Poppy's Pet Remedies was born.

Poppy is actually one of my own gorgeous fox red Labradors.  It seemed fitting that one of them featured in my new business!

Each of my products has been trialed and tested by me on my own animals first.  My products are as natural and cruelty-free as I can make them, other than essential products that may be synthetically made.  All of my products are home produced here in rural Buckinghamshire and you will be supporting my woman-owned, small business if you buy from me.  My packaging is as eco-friendly as I can get it, with recycled bottles and paper and cardboard labels and packaging.
